Here is the simple recipe that you will need to make your own toothpaste with coconut oil and baking soda. Note that this recipe is for a one time brush, and should be scaled upwards if needing to make quantities for later use.

1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. virgin organic coconut oil
Pinch of Himalayan Salt

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until it forms a smooth paste. Place on toothbrush and brush normally.

    Hi Brandon,

Great alternative to toothpaste! Another way to avoid unnecessarily complicated recipes and maybe save some cash too.

I love baking soda. I’ve been using it on my hair for a couple of years now but not got the nerve up to switch off store bought toothpaste. I think you may have given me the push I needed though!

    Cheers,

    Rob
