Dandelion Root Coffee
This healthy, gluten-free roasted dandelion root coffee contains valuable nutrients, and acts as an internal cleanser.
  • 1-2 tsp. roasted dandelion root
  • 1 tsp. roasted chicory root (optional, but recommended)
  • 1 cup (8 oz) boiling water
  1. Place roasted dandelion root and roasted chicory root (if using) into a mug.
  2. Pour boiling water over the roots and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Strain the root and discard.
  4. Sip slowly and enjoy.
