Detox Tea | Ginger Tea Recipe
This ginger tea recipe is a great detox and immunity boosting beverage you can drink anytime.
  • 2 tbsp. freshly grated ginger (peeled)
  • 1 cup hot, almost boiling, water
  • 1 cup room temperature water
  • Almond milk, coconut milk and stevia, to taste (optional)
  1. Pour hot water over the fresh ginger and let steep for 30 minutes. For a strong infusion, steep overnight, covered on the counter.
  2. Strain the ginger and add the additional 1 cup of water. Add coconut or almond milk and stevia, if you desire.
