That’s where I come in. My name is Brandon May, a health and wellness coach, currently pursuing my Bachelor’s of Science in Human Nutrition and Foods. I study extensively on the effects that diet has on our health on all levels – physical, mental and emotional. I combine natural nutrition, exercise plans and mental and emotional work to help others lose weight effortlessly, gain energy, improve their love lives, feel and look more youthful and more. It’s an exciting field of work, and I’m so happy to be enjoying and sharing in the numerous successes of my clients.

If you are seeking to lose weight effortlessly, there is no better time to try than NOW. Thanks to modern scientific studies in nutrition, fitness and mental wellness, I am able to help others bring down their weight, blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels naturally and safely. Never will I recommend supplements, but I will help you find information that can be discussed with your current physician.
Doctors are not qualified to teach nutrition, and usually do not help patients lose weight. Seeing a health coach will ensure that you are able to lose weight, while still being able to eat your favorite foods. I give you recipes, meal plans, progress charts, fitness ideas and mental exercises that are proven to help decrease weight quickly and safely.
Natural and effective weight loss isn’t as difficult as you are lead to believe; however, there are still environmental, dietary, genetic and cultural factors that must be taken in consideration. Having me as your coach will help you discover these factors and find new ways of overcoming any obstacles that you might face in your weight loss goals.

Full Phone and Email Support for Your Success
The price of each session also includes a bonus package, just because I care about your success! Most health coaches do not offer benefits like mine.
Between each session, I offer full phone and email support. If you have a question in between one of our sessions, simply email me or call me, and I will get back to you within a 48 hour period (or less, depending on the situation) with a lengthy and detailed response. For this support, you must have a session booked in advanced.
Each session is $65 per hour, whereas some health coaches (even those not seeking accreditation) may charge upwards to $100 or more per session. All sessions are paid for in advanced via PayPal, or through check. If you find you cannot call in for your session at the scheduled time, simply reschedule, with no penalty fees to you.
Certain discount packages are available. If you are planning to have weekly or bi-monthly sessions, your sessions will be $55 per session.
A 4 session package is $215.
An 8 session package is $415.
